HOLIDAYS IN PODERE SABAUDIA
Since my childhood I had this vision to live on a farm in the middle of nature. I wanted to create a place for myself and my animals as well as be providing animals in need with a home.
It was no coincidence that for many years I walked by a farmhouse in the nature reserve “San Rossore-Miglianrino-Masscciuccoli” which was exactly what I was looking for. Luckily, ten years after falling in love with it I had the opportunity to move in and voila – Podere Sabaudia with its two apartments just fits my favorite motto:

I converted the appartment on the ground floor into a vacation home for you to be able to enjoy this wonderful place with other people and animals.
The apartment has a big and modern fully equipped kitchen and dining area combined, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The rustic country house style matches the rural surroundings of Tuscany. Guests have their own fenced in garden to enjoy privacy.

The area is perfect for our four-legged guests, not only because there is a huge completely fenced in garden. We are located in the center of “Natural Park Rossore-Migliarino-Massacciuccoli” with its fields, pine forests, secluded farm houses and villas – nature and culture everywhere. More than 40 hiking paths invite for walks or cycle tours. You won`t need the car, you can start straight from the Podere Sabaudia. In the immediate vicinity you will also find various horse stables, a lake for fishing, an area to play softball and a lot of possibilities for hiking, biking and horseback riding.
There is a shop in walking distance where you can buy local products like vegetables, honey, cheese etc.

Vacation in Tuscany with animals for animals
I am in the process of creating a home for animals in need which need veterinarian treatment before an adoption. I do this on a voluntary basis without remuneration. This is my way of contributing to the well-being of animals. Guests who spend their vacation here will contribute to the well-being of the four legged guests since they support the project through their stay.
Through vacation in Tuscany with animals for animals the shared happiness becomes double happiness. Step by step my dream becomes true - and you can combine a wonderful vacation with a good cause.
Of course, you can also spend your vacation here without bringing pets with you.
